摘要 在漫长的进化过程中,脊椎动物体内维生素C(Vc)合成途径中最后一步关键酶———古洛糖酸内酯氧化酶(L-gulono-lactone oxidase,GLO)基因的突变可能是导致部分动物无法合成Vc的主要原因。就脊椎动物丧失合成Vc能力的原因,合成部位的迁移与进化,以及有关GLO转基因的研究进行了概述。 Some vertebrate animals lost the abilities to synthesize vitamin C (Vc). The cause of the inabilities might be the gene mutation of the key enzyme named as L-gulonolactone oxidase (GLO) in AA biosynthesis pathway during the long time evolution. This paper summarized the possible reasons of vc synthesis inability, the transfer of biosynthesis site during evolution and the research on GLO transgene in vertebrate.
