细胞学检查诊断阴囊Paget病的临床应用

Clinical application of cytological examination in the diagnosis of Paget disease of the scrotum

目的探讨阴囊Paget病的细胞学特征及其诊断。方法对32例阴囊Paget病患者的细胞学特征、病理组织学资料进行回顾性分析。结果通过细胞学检查诊断为阴囊Paget病28例,诊断为可疑阴囊Paget病4例;经病理组织学及临床治疗证实为阴囊Paget病30例,2例为原位鳞癌,细胞学检查诊断准确率为93.75%。结论增强对阴囊Paget病细胞学特征的认识,有利于提高阴囊Paget病诊断的准确率。

Objective To investigate the cytological features and diagnosis of Paget disease of the scrotum. Methods 32 cases of Paget disease of the scrotum were reviewed retrospectively for the clinical features of cytology combined with pathology. Results 28 cases were diagnosed as Paget disease of the scrotum by cytological examination and 4 were diagnosed as suspected Paget disease. 30 cases were confirmed by histopathological examination and clinical treatment and 2 cases were determined as squamous cell carcinoma in situ, of which the accuracy rate of cytological examination was 93.75%. Conclusion Better understanding of the cytology of Paget disease of the scrotum helps to increase the accuracy of the diagnosis of this condition.
