摘要 为实现经济化高精度数控加工,提出了步进驱动系统的高精度闭环控制方法和基于该方法的新型闭环步进位置控制系统。该系统的重要特点是既有全闭环系统的控制精度,又有开环系统的稳定性,且应用范围很广,可对各种类型的数控机床实现以高精度、高稳定性和优良的动态性能为特征的全闭环位置控制。 In order to implement high precision NC machining at low cost,a high precision closed loop control method for stepping driving systems and the new closed loop control sys tem based on that method are presented.The important features of the system are:It possesses not only the control precision of the fully closed loop systems,but also the stability of the open loop systems.Besides,it has a wide application domain,so the closed loop control of variant NC machine tools can be implemented with the features of high accuracy,high stability,and excellent dynamic performance.This system has been used on several dozens of NCmachine tools and very good results have been obtained in the machining of complex mould parts and box parts with precision holes.
