摘要
采用四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)活化双氧水体系对涤/棉织物进行退浆,探讨了n(TAED)∶n(双氧水)、TAED用量、退浆液pH值、退浆时间和温度对PVA退浆率和降解率的影响,得出较佳的退浆工艺条件:TAED15g/L,n(TAED)∶n(H2O2)=1∶3,100℃,30min,pH7,浴比1∶50,PVA退浆率99.5%,降解率94.3%.与传统退浆方法相比,其PVA的降解效果突出.
Tetraacetylethylenedi-amine (TAED)/hydrogen peroxide was used in desizing of polyester/cotton fabric. The effect of different ratio of TAED and H2O2, the dosage of TAED, pH value, desizing time and temperature on desizing percentage degradation percentage of PVA were discussed. The results indicated that the optimal desizing conditions were TAED 15 g/L, n(TAED):n(H2O2)=1 :3, at 100℃ for 30 min, pH 7 and liquor ratio of 1:50. Under this condition, the desizing percentage of PVA was 99.5%, the degradation percentage of PVA was 94.3%. Compared with traditional desizing methods, the degradation of PVA was prominent.
