摘要
为了快速求取钻杆加厚端内轮廓参数,提出了一种新的算法。依据该视觉测量系统采样数据的特点,新的算法主要分为母线重采样、母线差分、落差法分区、线性回归等几个步骤。实验结果表明,新的算法能够快速地提取出钻杆加厚端内轮廓参数,并获得较高的精度和良好的稳定性。对于粗糙工件,直径方向的重复性精度小于0.1mm,轴向重复性精度达到0.6mm。
In order to obtain the inner contour parameters of thickened end of drill rod quickly, a new algorithm is proposed. In accordance with the characteristics of the sampling data from vision measuring system, the new algorithm is composed of four steps, i. e. , generatrix resample, generatrix difference ,falling method division and linear regression. The result of experiments indicates that the inner contour parameters of thickened end of drill rod can be extracted by using the new algorithm quickly ; and higher accuracy and better stability are obtained. For coarse work pieces, the repeatability of measurement is better than 0. 1 mm in radial direction, and 0. 6 mm in axial direction.
