摘要
在硫磺回收装置中应用硫比值分析仪可有效提高硫的回收率、降低SO2排放量,有助于实现节能减排、环境保护等目标。通过阐述硫磺回收工艺原理强调了硫比值检测和控制的重要性,介绍了紫外光度法硫比值分析仪的检测原理、系统组成和控制器算法,探讨和比较了硫比值控制的三种酸性气配风比方案:传统的双闭环比值控制、中间参数(如炉温)的串级控制和基于硫比值(H2S/SO2)在线分析仪的先进控制。第三种先进控制方案在实际应用中取得了较好效果,应用前景广阔。
Applying H2 S/SO2 ratio on-line analyzer in sulfur recovery unit can effectively improve coefficient of sulfur recovery and reduce SO2 discharge,it is helpful to implement energy saving and emission reduction for enviroment protection purpose. The significance of the detection and control of H2 S/SO2 ratio is emphasized through describing the principle of sulfur recovery process. The detecting principle, system composition and controller algorithm of the ultraviolet absorption spectroscope H2S/SO2 ratio on-line analyzer are introduced. Three of the compound air ratio blending schemes of acid gases are investigated and compared ; these are traditional dual closed loop control, cascade control based on intermediate parameter( e. g. furnace temperature), and advanced process control based on H2 S/SO2 ratio on-line analyzer. The third advanced control scheme has gained better effects, and bright prospects.
