摘要
以三菱FR-A700系列通用变频器为例,从控制原理、系统配置、变频器功能设置、系统工作特点及安装与使用等方面论述变频器的实际应用。对变频器的功能及其应用进行了研究。介绍了变频器应用于空气压缩机恒压供气控制中的控制方案、系统构成,并与传统控制方式进行了比较,分析说明了系统的优点。对使用中的关键问题进行了研究和分析,给出了行之有效的方法。
With FR-A700 series frequency inverters of Mitsubishi Electric as example, the practical applications of frequency inverters is expounded from various aspects, e. g. , control principle, system configuration, function setting of inverter, operating features of system, as well as installation and operation. , etc. The functions and applications of frequency inverters are researched. The control strategy and system composition of constant pressure control for air compressor by using frequency inverter are introduced, and the comparison with traditional control scheme is given. The advantages of the system are analyzed and explained. The critical issues in operation are researched and analyzed, and effective solutions are proposed.
