摘要
气相色谱仪广泛应用于石油勘探活动中。针对传统的色谱仪不能适应录井现场的不足,根据色谱分析原理,通过改善气体分析方法,开发了基于ADμC845的高精度数据采集的快速色谱仪,最小检测精度达到了1×10-6,分析周期从传统的4min缩短到0.5min,实现了分析的快速化和高精度。
Gas chromatograph has been widely used in oil gas exploration. Aiming at the demerit of traditional chromatograph, i. e. , inadaptable for site logging; and in accordance with the analysis principle, the fast speed and high precise chromatograph based on ADμC845 is developed for data acquisition through improving the method of gas analysis. The minimum detecting accuracy of this chromatograph is up to 1 × 10^-6 ,and the analysis cycle is reduced from traditional 4 min to 0. 5 min, both the speed and accuracy of analysis have been increased.
