摘要 主要是从模糊的角度来讨论谈判者对对方报价的接受度,采用隶属值来表示这个接受度。考虑了不同的谈判条款对谈判者的影响权重不同,采用组合的方法来考虑多条款谈判中的让步问题,建立并应用模型解决了一个电子商务谈判的实例,并且用Swarm仿真对此实例进行了仿真研究。结果表明,此模型比传统的谈判模型更加符合现实谈判。 In the proposed negotiation model of e-commerce the acceptability is evaluated by the membership function in terms of fuzzy set theory when discussing it for negotiators against the quotations offered by the counterparts. Since different issues have different weight of effect on negotiators, the concession in the multi-issue negotiation is balanced in combined way, and an example is given to demonstrate the applica- tion of the model in solving actual e-commence negotiation, and simulated study on it is carried out by Swarm. The example shows the fuzzy negotiation model is more reasonable and feasible than conventional negotiation model with regard to the real negotiation process.
