摘要
根据柯赫氏证病法则和病原茵形态特征证明杜松枯梢病是由桧色二孢Diplodia juniperi Westend.引起的。病原茵的适生温度15~35℃,最适温度30℃,温度你于20℃生长缓慢,低于15℃时完全停止生长。菌丝在pH值5.8~8.2之间均能生长,最适pH为6,偏酸更好。不同的碳源对生长无显著影响,乳糖为最佳碳源。蛋白胨为最佳有机氮源,硝酸钙为最佳无机氮源。
The pathogens of shoot blight of Juniperus rigida Sieb. et Zucc. was determined as Diplodia juniperi Westend according to Koch's Postulate and morphological character of the pathogens. The suitable temperature for the survival of the pathagen was 15-35℃ with an optimum temperature of 30℃. The growth slowed at the temperature below 20℃ and stopped at the temperatare below 15 ℃. Mycelium grew at the pH value between 5.8 and 8.2 with the optimum pH value of 6. Carbon sources had no significant effect on the growth , the most suitable carbon sources was lactose. Optimum organic nitrogen source was peptone, calcium nitrate was the best inorganic nitrogen source.
