摘要
将锅炉作为特殊的混合式加热器,规定进出锅炉的辅助汽水为第五类辅助汽水,并在研究第五类辅助汽水构成规则的基础上,推导出热力系统广义能效分布矩阵方程,该方程较好地解决了能效分布矩阵方程对减温喷水、锅炉排污水等影响锅炉内部流量变化的特殊辅助汽水考虑不足的问题,是能效分布矩阵方程的扩展和补充。通过应用实例表明,与常规热平衡算法相比,该方法正确可行。
Regarding the boiler as a special mixed type heater, stipulating the auxiliary steam- water passing through the boiler as the fiveth auxiliary steam- water, and on the basis of studying the structural regularity for the fiveth auxiliary steam- water, the generalized energy - efficiency distribution matrix equation has been deduced. The obtained matrix equation has comparatively well solved the problems existing in the energy and efficiency distribution matrix(EEDM),i, e. insufficient consideration paid to the special auxiliary steam - water which can affect the interal flow rate variation in the boiler, being extension and supplement of the EEDM. Through practical examples in application,the generalized EEDM equation has been verified. Results show that the said method is correct in comparison with the traditional heat - balancing method.
