摘要
针对常规的锅炉再热系统灌水查漏方式存在灌水时间长、低温再热器灌水速度慢等进行了改进。根据热力系统的实际布置,选取临炉汽轮机侧凝升泵出口凝结水作为再热系统灌水水源;通过增加一路进水管,缩短了再热系统的灌水时间。改进后的再热系统灌水可完全单独进行,也可与锅炉一次系统配合进行,灵活、可靠、安全,可为同类型锅炉借鉴。
The coventional mode of water filling to check leakage in the reheat system of boilers has many problems, such as long time duration of water filling,and slow water filling into low- pressure reheater, etc. , hence,improvement of the said mode has been carried out. Based on actual layout of thermal system in the field, selecting condensate from outlet of the condensate booster pump at steam turbine side of the neighbouring boiler as water source of filling water into the reheat system. Through adding one water inlet pipe, the time duration of water filling into reheat system has been shortened. After improvement, the water filling mode into reheat system can be separately carried out, and also can be coordinately carried out with the primary system of boiler, being agile, reliable, and safe,providing reference for boilers of similar kind.
