摘要
从锅炉钢结构、风烟系统设计、受热面安装等方面分析了锅炉安装过程中存在的问题及其原因,提出了加强设计制造、设备运输、保管与检查、监造、安装等提高锅炉安装质量的具体措施。
From aspects of steel structure for boilers, design of the air and flue gas systems, and installation of heating surfaces etc. , the problems existing in the process of boiler installation and causes resulting in the said problems have been analysed,and many concrete measures for enhancing installation quality of boilers, such as strengthening design and manufacture, transportation, storage, and inspection of equipments, supervision of their manufacture and installation etc. being put forward.
