华能铜川电厂600MW直接空冷机组空冷岛控制系统的改进 被引量:4

摘要 针对在调试中发现的华能铜川电厂600MW直接空冷机组空冷岛控制系统存在的汽轮机背压在设定值附近摆动引起程序步序频繁切换、汽轮机背压对程序步序切换响应滞后、无误操作闭锁、控制繁多等问题进行了设置延时时间和时间间隔、增加工况选择闭锁、简化控制逻辑等改进。改进后,经1号机组整套起动及168h试运行表明,控制系统结构简单可靠,汽轮机背压调节灵活,满足机组运行要求。 Directing against problems existing in the control system of air- cooled island, which had been discovered in the debugging process of 600 MW direct air - cooled unit in Huaneng Tongchuan Power Plant,including oscillation of set value for the steam turbine backpressure resulting in frequently switching over of step sequence in the programme, the response of said backpressure to the switching over of step sequence having delay, without interlock for misoperation,and various complicated controls etc. ,some improvement measures, such as setting delay time and time intervals, adding interlock for selection of operating condition, and simplifying control logic etc. ,have been put forward. Through start - up and 168 h trial operation of the complete unit no. 1 ,it shows that the control system after improvement is simple and reliable in structure,and flexible in regulation of the steam turbine backpressure,satisfying the requirements in operation of unit.
