摘要
针对锅炉机组降压吹管时的初始压力选择差异很大的现状,以超高压机组为例,根据有关规程和经验,推导出锅炉降压吹管时的初始压力选择计算公式,为吹管时的初始压力选择提供了可靠的依据。另外,又探讨了有关锅炉厚壁承压部件在降压吹管过程中其内外壁温差所引起的热应力对厚壁承压部件造成的疲劳寿命损伤,提醒人们在锅炉采用降压吹管时应注意控制过热汽温的下降幅度,以确保锅炉机组的安全。
In the present engineering practice the determination of the initial pressure of the pressure-reducing blower for boiler is often subject to a certain random.To solve.this problem proposes a calculation formula for the initial pressure selection based on ultra-pressure boiler.Additionally the effect of the temperature difference between interior and exterior wall of the load bearing parts to its fatigue age during blowing is considered,warning that a suitable control should be taken on the decreasing in the temperature of the overheat stream.
