摘要
验电器是电力安全生产中经常使用的一种工具，目前国家尚无统一的制造和检验标准。而验电器的制造企业生产所依据的地方及企业标准中只涉及到在Ｉ频（５０Ｈｚ）条件下验电器一些性能参数的测试，未考虑电网中谐波等因素对验电器性能的影响。在实际的使用中已发生了在停电线路上验电时，验电器误指示线路带电的现象。本文系统地阐述了ＧＳＹ—３５型验电器在西宁供电局３５ｋＶ小朝线出现误指示现象的原因，并就如何改进这种验电器做了尝试性的讨论。
A line tester is a safe tool often used in the line job.Even today no national standard is applicalble for its fabrication and calibration,and the standards used by manufacturersonly provide some clauses on Performance test but no attention on harmonic factor is paid.In practice error indication occuts frequently.The paper analyzes the causes together with some pooposals for an improvement measurement.
