摘要
一种由4只大功率功放电源机柜、1只水冷机柜、1只大功率合成器组成的舰载雷达高功率固态发射机,其大功率功放电源机柜上部浮动安装了功放组件功率合成器,微波功率从顶部输出,机柜安装误差可以补偿。大功率功放电源机柜可根据功率和结构布局进行组合,通用性强。并且4只大功率功放电源机柜对称布局,相互间刚性连接,实现了微波大功率的最优合成。文中针对舰载环境要求,建立了发射机结构分析的有限元模型,进行了动力学分析。
This paper describes a high power solid state transmitter for shipborne radar. Four high power module, one water-cooling module unit and one high power combiner constitute the transmitter. The output terminal of microwave power is located at top floor of the high power module, and location is flexible. So the combined installation error can be compensated. According to the power and layout of a transmitter, the high power module can be built. Four high power modules are rigid-jointed and form a symmetrical configuration. The resultant efficiency of microwave power combination is high . The equivalent structure and finite element model of the transmitter are established and the result of dynamic analysis is obtained. The design proves to be successful.
