摘要
采用有限元方法对600 MW超临界锅炉汽水分离器进行应力计算,得出了汽水分离器进口连接管区域内压引起的机械应力分布规律和应力集中状况。计算结果表明,该区域存在着明显的应力集中现象,最大应力出现在筒体内壁靠近连接管椭圆孔长轴处,应力集中系数为3.48,筒体外壁同样存在应力集中,但应力水平比内壁低。汽水分离器各连接管的应力分布规律基本相同。将6根连接管与1根连接管时筒体的应力分布进行了比较,结果表明,接管数目的增加使汽水分离器应力集中更加明显。
The internal pressure stress distribution and stress concentrations for the water separator of a 600 MW supercritical boiler are analyzed by the finite element method. The results showed that the maximum values of all kinds of stresses were at the inside of the conjunction area between the pipe and the water separator cylinder, and the value of the maximum stress concentration factor is 3.48. The stress concentration is also occur on the outside surface of the conjunction area between the pipe and the water separator cylinder, but the values are smaller than that of the inside surface. The stress distributions of each conjunction are similar. The comparison between the stress distributions of water separator with six pipes and that with one pipe showed the increase of pipe number enhanced the stress concentration.
