摘要 为了获知风量、煤粉量与燃烧的本质联系,提出了用特征量来表征燃烧信息,由灰色综合关联度来描述二者的因果关系,能够获得在当前状态下影响燃烧特征量的风量和煤粉量的关联度排序,找出四角切圆燃煤锅炉的某个角的风量粉量与燃烧特征量关系最密切的对应组,以此明确燃烧调整的对象及调整趋势,为燃烧调整和优化提供依据。利用某燃煤锅炉进行了燃烧调整试验,试验数据分析的结果表明,风量对火焰中心具有最大程度的影响,而煤粉量则决定了火焰的整体及局部强度。通过灰色关联分析,可以获得动态的燃烧调整策略。 In order to acquire the original relation of flow, coal and combustion, it is characteristic that represent combustion information. Their consequence is described by grey integrated association degree which will be put into order under current station. So the most consanguineous groups between flow, coal in one corner and combustion characteristics are found. And then, the object which should be adjusted and the approach of adjustment will show out, which offer rules for combustion adjustment and optimization. A combustion adjust experimentation was hold on one coal-burning boiler. The analysis of experiment data indicates that the flow have highly influence with flame center and coal decide the whole strength and local one. The dynamic adjustment strategy was taken through grey association analysis.
