摘要
在一座密相区截面积为0.23 m×0.23 m、高度为7 m的循环流化床试验装置上进行了石化污泥与煤混烧的系统性试验研究。结果表明,随着二次风率的增加,密相区和稀相区温度都有所下降,燃烧效率呈上升趋势,烟气、飞灰和底渣中多环芳烃(PAHs)排放量均呈明显的下降趋势。随着空气过剩系数的增加,密相区温度上升,稀相区温度降低,燃烧效率呈先上升后下降态势,而多环芳烃排放水平先下降后上升。
Systematic experiments on co-combustion of petrochemical sludge and coal were conducted on the hot circulating fluidized bed test facility with the dense bed eross section of 0.23 m×0.23 m and the height of 7 m. The results indicate that with the increase in the decline slightly and combustion efficiency goes up, Moreover, the concentration of PAHs emissions are decreasing obviously. As excess air coeffieient increases, the temperature in dense area rises while that in the dilute phase region decreases, and combustion efficiency increases at first and then declines greatly. On the contrary, PAHs emission decreases at first and then increases.
