摘要
指出《110～500 kV架空送电线路设计技术规程》16.0.9条款在实际工程中的理解不全面以及不足之处,结合特种行业的规程要求,提出修改建议和暂时解决办法。
The understand about 16.0.9 item in Technical Code for Designing 110--500 kV Overhead Transmission Line is not comprehensive ,and the shortage is pointed out in the paper. Based on requirements of regulation,the amending suggestion and temporary solution are given.
