摘要
为促进硫醇固化剂的国产化,对其制备方法进行了研究。将聚醚与环氧氯丙烷在四氯化锡催化下加热反应生成中间体(PCE),PCE与硫氢化钠或硫脲等亲核试剂发生亲核取代反应,合成多硫醇固化剂。该固化剂与环氧树脂按质量比1∶1混合,5 min快固化胶的钢-钢剪强度(常温)>18 MPa,水下浸泡7 d后剪切强度为8.5 MPa。
To replace importing polythiol hardener, the synthesis method of polythiol hardener was studied. The synthesis route was as follows: the polyether reacted with epichlorohydrine at the present of catalyst tin tetrachloride under heating. The nucleophilic substitution reaction took place between the resulted intermediate (PCE) and the uucleophile such as NaSH or thiourea. The product polymercaptan was mixed with epoxy resin as the mass ratio of 1 : 1. The steel - steel shear strength of the cured system was up to 18 MPa after curing at room temperature for 5 minutes. The shear strength was 8.5 MPa after soaking in water for 7days.
