随着我国证券市场的不断发展和完善,价值投资越来越受到人们的重视,企业价值评估问题的重要性凸现。REVA价值评估模型是由REVA(Revised Economic Value Added)指标和传统的贴现估价模型衍生的又一企业价值评估模型,其从股东财富增长的角度来评估企业价值,并能反映企业的内在价值。对REVA价值评估模型的研究,不仅有利于完善我国的价值评估理论体系,而且有利于提高投资者以及管理者的决策能力。

With the development of the security market, the enterprise＇s value evaluation has become more and more important. REVA Value Evaluation Model derives from REVA （Revised Economic Value Added）index and traditional model ,it evaluates enterprise＇s value from the shareholder＇s angle ,and it reflects the intrinsic value of the enterprise. The study of the REVA Value Evaluation Model not only helps to perfect the value evaluation system but also helps to improve the decision ability of the investors and administrators.
