摘要
师范院校的课程体系由于学科专业课程与教育专业课程的比例严重失调以及严重的文理分科,导致所培养的教师在知识、能力及价值观等方面难以满足新课程的需求。建立由学科专业课程、教育教学理论课程、教育教学技能课程、实践训练课程以及综合人文课程构成的教师教育课程体系,提高教育专业课程的比例,这既是基础教育课程改革对师范院校提出的迫切要求,也是师范院校自身发展的必然趋势。
Basic education reform has put forward new requirements to teachers' qualities. For the serious disproportion between specialized and educational courses in normal universities and separation of liberal arts and science, which causes teachers can not satisfy the needs of new courses in knowledge, abilities and values.
