摘要
经历了实业救国、教育救国的挫折和反思,目睹了教育救国与农村贫困的现实反差,接受了西方先进教育思想的洗礼,黄炎培的农村教育思想于20世纪二三十年代逐步形成。在乡村改进实践中,黄炎培始终将教育放在重要位置,提出"富、政、教合一"的整体发展观,采取"划区施教育"的农村教育发展方式,强调农村教育必须因地制宜,顺应农民心理。在新农村建设的背景下,发展农村教育要立足农村,注重调查研究和实验,要将教育放在发展农村的重要地位。
Having experienced the setback and reconsideration of the thought that was saving the nation by industry and education, witnessed the contrast of the thought of saving the nation by education and the impoverished realistic of countryside, and accepted the baptism of western advanced education thought, Huang Yanpei's rural education .thought has been formed gradually in the 20s and 30s of 20th century. In the improvement practice of the countryside, Huang Yanpei had always put education in an important position, brought up the overall development concept-that was "the unity of richer, government and education" and took the "Designated area of education"way of rural education development. He also emphasised that rural education must be in line with local conditions and conform to the thoughts of farmers. All these education thoughts have great significance to the development of rural education.
