△Np73与人类肿瘤 被引量:2

摘要 △Np73是近年发现的p73基因(p53家族新成员)的一种亚型,由位于p73基因内含子3下游的P2启动子转录生成,含7种变异体(△Np73α、β、γ、δ、e、ξ、η)。因缺乏p73基因的氨基末端反式激活区域,其转录活化功能完全丧失。随着对肿瘤细胞凋亡研究的深入,△Np73在肿瘤发生发展机制中的角色显得扑朔迷离,它在肿瘤中的作用究竟是癌基因还是抑癌基因,
