摘要
高校学生工作是一种人与人之间的特殊社会活动。学分制在教育理想上倡导学生个性的培养,给高校学生工作带来了诸多挑战。借助社会冲突理论,结合学分制实践,对学生工作中师生关系的本质和发展做深入分析,并从方法论的意义上对师生关系的重构进行探讨。
Students＇ management in colleges is a special interpersonal activity. Credit system advocates the cultivation of students＇ individuality, which brings in lots of challenges for students management. The essay, using the social conflict theory and the practice of credit system, probes the essence and development and the reconstruction of student - and - teacher relationship from the aspect of its methodological significance.
