摘要
高校学生工作是一种人与人之间的特殊社会活动。学分制在教育理想上倡导学生个性的培养,给高校学生工作带来了诸多挑战。借助社会冲突理论,结合学分制实践,对学生工作中师生关系的本质和发展做深入分析,并从方法论的意义上对师生关系的重构进行探讨。
Students' management in colleges is a special interpersonal activity. Credit system advocates the cultivation of students' individuality, which brings in lots of challenges for students management.
