个性化就业指导,能够结合学生自身的实际情况,实现社会化和个性化和谐统一。文章通过对个性化就业指导的理解,分析高校个性化就业指导工作的现状,结合实际情况,提出高校如何开展好个性化就业指导工作的具体实施方法。
