摘要
应用菌液培养法和分生孢子悬浮液喷雾法直接测定尾叶桉无性系对青枯病和焦枯病的抗病能力,4个无性系的抗病能力排序为GUL4>GUL1=GUL8>GUL15。对这4个无性系进行过氧化物酶(POD)活性测定、同工酶电泳分析和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性测定,结果表明抗病性越强的无性系,其过氧化物酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性越高,过氧化物酶同工酶谱带数量越多。
This paper, by using bacterial culture method and spray method of spore suspension, investigated disease resistance of 4 Eucalyptus urophylla clones on bacterial wilt and dieback. The disease resistance of 4 Eucalyptus urophylla clones was: GUL4 〉 GUL1 = GUL8 〉 GUL15. Determinated the peroxidase (POD) and phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) activity and the disease resistance of 4 Eucalyptus urophylla clones. The results showed that the stronger the Disease Resistance of Eucalyptus urophylla clones was, the higher the peroxidase and phenylalanine ammonia lyase activity and the more the number of the isoperoxidase band were.
