Pharmacognosia Identification of Aralia elata

目的:系统地鉴别辽东木根皮。方法:对辽东木根皮从基源、性状、显微特征、薄层色谱等方面进行鉴别,并用高效液相色谱法测定其中齐墩果酸的含量。结果:确立了辽东木根皮的鉴别方法。结论:本方法能有效鉴别辽东木根皮的真伪。

OBJECTIVE： To identify the root - bark of Aralia elata. METHODS： The origin, property, microscopic characteristics, thin-layer chromatography （TLC） of the root-bark of Aralia elata were identified, and the content of oleanolic acid in the root bark of Aralia elata was determined by HPLC. RESULT： The identification method for the root - bark of Aralia clara has been established. CONCLUSION： The established method has been proved to be effective for the identification of the root-bark of Aralia elata.
