目的:加强药品质量管理,确保患者用药安全;方法:建立药品质量六重把关体系,从药品采购、药品入库、药品检验、药房领药、药房发药、临床用药等六个方面进行规范,严把药品质量关。结果:通过建立药品质量六重把关体系,加强了药品质量管理,杜绝了差错与纠纷。结论:建立药品质量六重把关,保证了我院的药品质量和服务质量,提高了医院的信誉。

Objective：To strengthen the management quality of drugs and ensure patients with drugs safety. Methods： It is necessary to set a strict standard of six-steps for quality of drugs, the standard of six-steps are respectively including the procurement of drugs, stock of drugs, test of drugs, distribution of drugs, taking drugs to patients, appropriate clinical use of drugs. Results： Through the establishment of the strict standard of sixsteps, it was to ensure and strengthen the quality of drugs, and so be able to reduce the medical mistakes and disputes. Conclusion ： There were the strict standard of six-steps to ensure the quality of drugs and medical service in our hospital, and to improve our hospital＇s credibility.
