Retrofit of Steam Sealing for Domestic 200 MW Steam Turbine Huaibei Power Plant

根据目前先进的汽轮机蒸汽密封技术,结合淮北电厂5号汽轮机组汽封系统的现状,提出对其进行技改的换型方案。针对在汽封改造过程中所出现的问题,分析原因,提出处理措施。根据热力性能报告,总结改造后所产生的经济、社会、环保效益。

According to technology of steam turbine steam sealing at present, combined with the present situation of steam turbine No. 5 sealing system in Huaibei Power Plant, this article put forward changing type of technial transformation scheme. For the problems of retrofit of steam sealing, the reason was analyxed and treatment was presented. According to the thermdynamic performance report, after retrofit produced benefits were summarixed. Theoretical basis for further researches and the referenced example for retrofit in other power plants were provided.
