New Measures of the Public Library for Strengthening Ideological and Moral Education to the Minors

论文通过对盐城市图书馆举办的"七彩的夏日——未成年人暑期系列活动"进行探究与剖析,认为暑期是加强未成年人思想道德建设的最佳时机,在暑期开展读书活动,既是发挥公共图书馆社会教育职能的需要,也是建立公共文化服务体系的需要。让青少年读者变"阅读"为"悦读"是公共图书馆加强未成年人思想道德建设的新举措。

By researching and analyzing ＂Colorful Summer Series of Activities for the Minors in Summer Vacation＂ hold by Yancheng Library, this paper gives a view that summer vacation is the perfect time to make ideological and moral education for the minors, during which the activities named ＂Colorful Summer＂ not only bring the social education function of public library into play, but also meet the needs of the establishment of the public culture service system. It is a new measure of strengthening ideological and moral education to the minors, for the public library to teach juvenile readers from ＂reading＂ into ＂enjoyable-reading＂.
