有机可溶性高折射率聚酰胺酰亚胺的合成与性能 被引量:5

SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF ORGANO-SOLUBLE POLY(AMIDE IMIDE)S WITH HIGH REFRACTIVE INDICES

摘要 采用含硫二胺1,4-双(4-氨基苯硫基)苯(2SPDA)与偏苯三酸酐反应制备了一种含硫二酸化合物1,4-双(4-三甲酰亚胺基苯硫基)苯(BTPB).以此二酸为原料与两种高硫含量二胺单体,4,4′-双(4-氨基苯硫基)二苯硫醚(3SDA)以及2,7-双(4-氨基苯硫基)噻蒽(APTT)通过高温缩聚法制备了两种聚酰胺酰亚胺(PAI).制备的PAI在室温下可溶解于N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)中.PAI薄膜的起始热分解温度(T5%)超过440℃,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)大于190℃.PAI薄膜在波长大于500nm的可见光区具有良好的透明性.此外,PAI薄膜的折射率大于1.73,双折射小于0.04. A series of novel poly(amide-imide)s (PAls) containing sulfur elements were synthesized and characterized. The flexible sulfur-containing groups, either the linear thioether linkage or cyclic thianthrene group were introduced into the PAIs in order to increase the refractive indices and decrease birefringenees of the polymers. Thus, an aromatic diacid compound 1,4-bis(4-trimellit-imidophenylenesulfanyl) benzene (BTPB) was first synthesized from a sulfur-containing diamine 1,4-bis(4-aminophenylenesulfanyl) benzene (2SPDA) and trimellitie anhydride (TMA).Then, BTPB was polymerized with two aromatic diamines with high sulfur contents,4,4'-thiobis [(p-phenylenesulfanyl ) aniline ] ( 3SDA ) and 2,7-bis(4-aminophenylenesulfanyl)-thianthrene ( APTT ), respectively to afford two PAls. The obtained high-molecular-weight PAls with the inherent viscosities of 1.06 - 1.17 dL/g are soluble in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP) at room temperature. The PAl films exhibit good thermal stability up to 440℃ and glass transition temperatures higher than 190℃. In addition, the PAI films show good optical transparency in the visible light region with the cutoff wavelengths around 400 nm and optical transmittanees higher than 90 % at 500 nm. The high sulfur contents and the flexible thioether linkages endow the PAl films with refractive indices higher than 1.73 and birefringences lower than 0.04 at 632.8 nm.
