摘要
以多官能度过氧化物3,6,9-三甲基-3,6,9-三乙基-1,4,7-三过氧烷为引发剂,采用本体聚合法制备高抗冲聚苯乙烯,考察了各反应条件对预聚合动力学的影响。结果发现:聚合温度由125℃逐渐升高到145℃和引发剂质量分数由0.0075%增加到0.0200%时,聚合速率逐渐加快;当引发剂质量分数高于0.0200%时,聚合速率变化不大;随着基础胶质量分数由5%增加到15%和乙苯质量分数从10%增加到30%,聚合速率逐渐降低。不同引发剂引发聚合的效果与其官能度、半衰期及聚合温度等因素有关。
Bulk polymerization of high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) was carried out in the presence of a tri-functional peroxide initiator: 3,6,9-triethyl-3,6,9-trimethyl-l,4,7-triperoxonane (TETMTPA). The effects of different polymerization conditions on the pre-polymerization kinetics were studied and discussed in detail in this paper. It is found that, the polymerization rate increases as the polymerization temperature rises the initiator dosages increases from 0.007 5% to 0.020 0%, the polymerization initiator dosages is more than 0.020 0%, the polymerization rate changes little. from 5% to 15%, the polymerization rate decreases. Also, when the amount from 125 ℃ to 145℃. When rate increases too, but when the As the rubber dosages increases of ethyl benzene increases from 10% to 30%, the polymerization rate gets lower. The effects of the initiators on the polymerization depended on the initiators' functionality, half-life, and polymerization temperature.
