在现代性视野下,中国改革发展观经历了具有否定之否定意义的三重转换:以民族独立为主题,以激进革命为手段的道义性"追赶发展观";以经济建设为中心,以人民富强为目的,探寻体制性财富增长的功利性"渐进改革观";当代"以人为本"、以建构和谐社会为目标的共识性"科学发展观"。这三重发展观的转换为中国特色社会主义制度伦理价值取向的形成与发展提供了内在动力、约束条件和方法论支持。

In the perspective of modernity, China＇s development and reform have undergone a tri -conversion of negative of negative. The first one is the development of chasing and catching up with its theme of national independence and its means of radical revolution. The second one is gradual reform with econom- ic construction at its center, richness and strength as its target. The third one is the outlook on scientific development with people as its root, a harmonious society as its target. These have provided the inner motivation, restricted conditions and methodological support.
