摘要
对于采用两阶段抽样设计的季度调查,构造了一种两层次样本轮换方法:一级单元的样本轮换模式为12in;二级单元的样本轮换模式为6in。从而保证了相邻两个季度之间二级单元的样本拼配率恒为5/6,还保证了相邻两年的相同季度之间二级单元的样本拼配率恒为1/3,更保证了一级单元的样本量在轮换过程中始终不变。由此可见,样本轮换方法可以应用于中国劳动力的调查中。
A two- layer sample rotation system is designed for quarterly surveys with two - stage sampling designs. In this system, the rotation patterns for the primary and secondary sampling units are 12 in and 6 in, respectively. This system ensures that there are 5/6 and 1/3 common secondary sampling units for two adjacent quarters and the same quarter of two adjacent years, respectively, and also ensures that the sample size for the primary sampling units remains unchanged all the time during rotation process. This sample rotation system can be used in Chinese Labor Force Survey.
