注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的综合干预研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨综合治疗方式干预注意缺陷多动障碍儿童效果。方法31名注意缺陷多动障碍儿童随机分为两组:单纯药物治疗组(n=16),服用“专注达”18mg,每日1次,晨服;药物+父母培训心理治疗组(n=15),除服用药物以外,还进行每次2小时、每周1次,共计8次,历时2个月的父母教养方式培训。采用患儿的学习成绩、母亲满意程度、康纳儿童行为父母问卷来评定干预效果。结果①两组治疗后学习成绩均有明显提高(t值分别为5.78、6.01,均P〈0.01);②两组治疗后注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的行为问题明显减少(t值分别为4.95、5.63,P〈0.01);③药物+父母培训心理治疗组注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的焦虑情绪减少(t值分别为2.14,P〈0.05)。结论综合治疗方式干预对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童干预效果比单纯药物治疗更明显,尤其是针对亲子关系和情绪的改善。 Objective To explore intervention methods and their effects on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods 31children with ADHD were divided into two groups randomly. 16 ADHD children in the simple pharmacotherapy group only received Concerta treatment( oral administration of 18mg of Concerta once per day in the morning) and 15 ADHD children in the integrated intervention group received Concerta treatment combined with parent training for two months ( psychological intervention for 120 minutes per time, one time every week during two months) besides pharmacotherapy. Then the intervention effect on all the children were assessed by school records of the children, degree of mother' s satisfaction and Conner parent survey questionnaire (PSQ) for children' s behavior. Results (1)The school records of chidren in the two groups were enhanced significantly after treatment(t = 5.78,6.01 respectively, both P 〈0.01 ); (2)The behavioral problems of children in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment (t = 4. 95,5.63 respectively, beth P 〈 0.01 ) ; (3)The anxiety emotion of these children with ADHD in the integrated intervention group was decreased( t = 2.14, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The effect of integrated intervention is more significant than simple pharmacotherapy in treatment of ADHD of children, especially improvement in parent-child relation and children' emotion .
