摘要
针对中国企业面临的独特环境,阐述了国内外高管团队特征与战略变化关系相关研究相关的历史及发展轨迹,并指出了研究中存在的局限性及问题。在此基础上构建了高管团队人口统计学特征、治理结构影响战略变化过程的理论分析框架。认为在考虑高管团队特征对战略变化影响时,应加强对战略变化过程的分析并充分考虑治理结构的影响;针对中国企业而言,在战略调整过程中应充分考虑高管团队与其它企业经理人及政府的联系的作用。
This paper has reviewed previous researches on the relationship between top management team characteristics and strategic change under the unique environment of Chinese firms, and analyzed their limitations and existing problems. Then, based on the above, it has built a theoretical framework to analyze the effect of demographic characteristics of the top management team and the impact of the governance structure on the strategic change. It is held that the analysis on the strategic change process should be intensified and the impact of the governance structure should be taken into full account as well. With the Chinese firms, in the course of strategic readjustment, the ties of the top management team with the managers of other firms and the government agencies should be brought into full consideration in particular.
