皮损内注射曲安奈德治疗神经性皮炎36例的效果观察

Treatment of Neurodermitis by Lesional Injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide:Observation of Clinical Effect on 36 Cases

目的寻求神经性皮炎的有效治疗方法。方法采用皮损内注射曲安奈德治疗神经性皮炎36例,每周1次,共2次,并在治疗过程中采取心理护理与干预措施。结果经过1次注射治愈的有7例,经过2次注射治愈的共24例,11例显效,1例进步,无一例发生不良反应。临床治疗有效率为97.22%。结论皮损内注射曲安奈德是治疗神经性皮炎的较好方法,值得临床推广。

Objective To find an effective methods to treat neurodermitis. Methods Thirty-six neurodermitis patients were treated by lesional injection of triamcinolone acetonide once weekly for two weeks. Psychotherapy and intervention were applied throughout the therapeutic duration. Results Among 36 cases, 7 cases were cured after one injection and 24 cases were cured after two injections. 11 cases were markedly improved, 1 case was improved, and clinical efficacy rate was 97.22G with no adverse reactions. Conclusion Lesional injection of triamcinolone acetonide is an effective way in treating neurodermitis and deserves clinical expansion.
