应用安尔碘Ⅲ型皮肤黏膜消毒剂治疗地震伤员气性坏疽感染的护理

摘要 目的探讨地震伤员气性坏疽感染应用安尔碘Ⅲ型皮肤黏膜消毒剂的治疗和护理。方法用"安尔碘Ⅲ型皮肤黏膜消毒剂"原液冲洗伤口,2次/d;再用无菌纱布蘸"安尔碘Ⅲ型皮肤黏膜消毒剂"原液湿敷于伤口,实施标准预防接触隔离的护理。结果经治疗处理后,伤口分泌物涂片镜检及细菌培养均为阴性,感染控制有效。结论"安尔碘Ⅲ型皮肤黏膜消毒剂"无刺激性,作用效果明显,无不良反应,可作为处置突发公共事件伤员时的常规备药。
