镁质亚光窑变釉的研制

DEVELOPMENT ON THE MATT TRAD GLAZE CONTAINING MAGNESIUM

以堇青石为原料,制作的镁质亚光窑变釉,其釉面细腻、光泽柔和,烧成温度范围宽广,烧成稳定,能够在辊道窑中快速烧成。镁质亚光窑变釉性能优良,符合中国日用陶瓷产品国家标准规定的性能要求和美国FDA关于铅、镉溶出量的限定要求。能够用于生产日用陶瓷产品。

Taking the cordierite as raw material, the matt trad glaze containing magnesium was manufactured. The glazed surface is exquisite, the gloss is gentle, the firing temperature scope is broad, the performance is stable. The glaze can be fired lastly in roller kiln. The performance of the matt trad glaze containing magnesium is excellent and meets the performance requirement which the Chinese national standards for daily-used ceramics and the American FDA about the definition request for the dissolving quantity of lead and cadmium. It can be used in producing the daily-used ceramics.
