陶瓷纤维在梭式窑上应用的探讨

介绍了陶瓷纤维在陶瓷窑炉上的应用,并针对应用中存在的一些问题提出了看法,为陶瓷纤维的实际应用提供参考。由于其容量大大低于其它耐火材料,物理特性完全不同于传统耐火材料,因为蓄热很小,隔热效果明显,作为炉衬材料可大大降低能源损耗。

This paper introduces the application of ceramic fiber in kilns, and puts forward some suggestions according to the problems that in the practical application of the ceramic fiber. Because its density is much lower than other refractory materials; physical properties are completely different from the traditional refractories ; thermal storage is very small, and its heat-insulating effect is apparent, when as the lining material, ceramic fiber can greatly reduce the energy loss.
