阴囊皮瓣转移阴茎延长术治疗先天性阴茎短小的临床应用

Clinical application of penis lengthening surgery with transplanting scrotum skin flap to treat the congenital short-penis

目的:探讨阴囊皮瓣转移阴茎延长术治疗先天性阴茎短小的临床效果。方法:采用阴囊皮瓣转移覆盖阴茎延长术后的阴茎海绵体治疗先天性阴茎短小。结果:自2003～2007年我院采用此法治疗先天性阴茎短小30例,术后切口Ⅰ期愈合,切口不留瘢痕。皮瓣无坏死,阴茎延长的长度及外形均取得了满意的效果,随访1年性生活均满意。结论:本法是治疗先天性阴茎短小的一种较理想的手术方法,值得推广应用。

Objective：To explore the ehnieal effectiveness of penis lengthening surgery with transplanting scrotum skin flap to treat the congenital short-penis. Methods：All eases were used by scrotal skin flap covering cavernosum after penis lengthening surgery to treat the congenital short-penis.Results：We operated 30 cases on congenital short-penis by this method during 2003- 2007, all flap survived without flap necrosis and all incisions healed primarily. The follow-up period was 1 year,all eases obtained satisfactory results to the contour and function of the penis.Conclusion：This procedure is a much better surgery method for treating congenital short-penis and recommended for clinical practice.
