摘要
目的:探讨开放手术治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效。方法:对不宜行体外冲击波碎石治疗的218例复杂性肾结石行开放手术治疗,并采用气压弹道碎石技术及内腔镜技术等协助取石。结果:除1例无效而再行手术切除患肾外,均获满意疗效。结论:采用开放手术配合气压弹道碎石及内腔镜技术治疗复杂性肾结石疗效确切。
Objective：To study the effects of open surgery for complicated renal calculi.Methods：218 patients with complicated nephrolithiasis,who were unsuitable for ESWL,underwent open surgery with the assistance of air-pressure lithotrpsy or endoscopic technology.Results：AU patients but one with nephrectomy yielded good results.Conclusion：Open surgery assisted with air-ptessuer lithotrpsy or endoscpic technology was feasible and effective for complicated nephrolithiasis.
