急诊护士职业暴力防护现状分析

Present condition of occupational violence defence of nurses in emergency department

目的:调查急诊科护士职业暴力防护现状,探讨有效的防范措施。方法:采用问卷调查和访谈法对急诊科护士进行调查。结果:急诊科护士职业暴力发生率高,主要与防暴意识薄弱,知识来源匮乏及急诊科专科性质有关。结论:应加强对护士职业暴力防护的重视,为暴力防护的实现提供客观支持,提高护士防暴能力。

Objective：To investigate the present condition of occupational violence defence of nurses in emergency department,in order to study the effective defensive measures.Methods：The questionnaire and conversation were used to investigate nurses in emergency department.Results：The incidence rate of occupational violence of nurses in emergency department was high.The main reasons were associated with the weakness of anti-violence consciousness,lack of related knowledge and special quality of emergency department. Conclusion：We should attach great importance to occupational violence defenee in nurses and provide the objective support for the protection of violence, so as to improve their ability of anti-violence.
