摘要
阐述了高校图书馆参考咨询的现状及不足,由此,探讨了构建数字参考咨询服务系统的技术与结构,论述了全方位数字参考咨询服务体系的构建,以提高文献信息资源利用率。
Tiffs paper expounded the present situation of tmiversity library reference service and discussed the technology and structure of constructing digital reference and consultation service. In order to improve document information resources utilization ratio, the construction of full-position digital reference and consultation service system were discussed.
