摘要
数字参考咨询服务互动管理是借助其良好的技术平台,大大拓展了咨询馆员与用户互动的空间和互动的方式。以此,对数字参考咨询服务中互动方式逐一剖析,提出用户话语权、行为互动、服务质量评价等互动管理内容,并构建其模型,以期对促进图书馆信息服务稳定、可持续的发展。
Interactive management is a new concept. Digital reference service provided a good platform and expanded interaction space and interactive way for the library and users. The interaction of digital reference service included its interactive network resource management options, the fight for users to speak, behavior interactions, service quality evaluation and management staff. To the digital reference project operation process, interaction played a certain reference value.
