摘要
本文通过机构知识库历史使命的分析,揭示了学科馆员制度与机构知识库构建的内在联系,并对学科馆员在机构知识库构建中的角色定位进行了探讨。
The relation between subject librarian system and institutional repository construction was revealed and role position of subject librarian in institutional repository construction was discussed by analysis of historical mission of institutional repository.
