Library Construction under the Background of the Government Information Publicity

政府信息公开与图书馆有着紧密的联系。《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》对图书馆的职能、责任和义务提出了明确的要求。图书馆要作政府信息公开的宣传者、守法者和政府信息资源的组织者、开发者、服务者。

There is a close connection between government information and library work. China＇s regulations of government information publicity sets a clear demand to the function, responsbility and duty of library. Also library should conduct, carry out the regulation, and try to be the orgnizer, explorer and supporter of it.
